Oasis is a 4m wide Timber-look vinyl product from our Easy Fit range.

Oasis is one of our tougher products and is suitable for Light Commercial areas (small retail stores,small offices, etc.) and the busiest areas in your home. The product is backed with a standard cushion backing (unlike the Easy Fit Plus which has a built-in textile backing). Installation on this product, therefore, requires a higher quality subfloor.

In addition, Oasis has the embossing registered to the design meaning the authentic texture matches the grain

Cleaning & Maintenance Vinyl	Regular sweeping with a soft dry broom or non-scratching vacuum cleaner is important. Wiping up liquid spills immediately is always preferable, as certain substances can stain. Weekly/periodic cleaning can be done using a small amount of neutral detergent in water with a mop, micro-fibre or butterfly mop type device. Emphasis should be on getting the dirty soapy water up and off the floor, leaving no residue on a dry floor. This means using clean water (a fresh bucket) or a final wipe with a clean damp mop. Customers who find their floor getting slowly dirtier over time are most likely not wiping up all the slightly dirty water each time they clean. The dirt then tends to settle and dry into the embossing (non-slip texture that the floor has) making cleaning increasingly difficult. Although generally not necessary there are more professional cleaning products available on the market: Locally available from Florworx – Industro Clean Prostrip (alkaline polish stripper) acts as an intensive stripper/cleaner and should be used carefully and professionally as directed. Once stripped you can apply Florworx Silk Matt Sealer. This adds a non-shiny layer of protectant to the cushion vinyl which makes future cleaning easier and reduces penetrative soiling. The application of this sealant does not significantly alter the original look of the floor. The above procedure must be completed carefully in accordance with the instructions on the respective products or alternately completed by a professional cleaning company.
