Terms and Conditions of Trade Agreement

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To qualify as a trade buyer, please complete the TRADE APPLICATION form. This application is structured for trade buyers who intend to resell items to third parties.

Trade pricing is based on sliding scale of discounts dependent on the value of the order. Please see the pricing structure for more details.

A minimum order of R5000 is required to take advantage of a trade discount. Orders below this threshold amount are not eligible for trade discounts.

Our online delivery charges are not applicable for orders that benefit from a discounted trade price (we can arrange the facilitation of delivery on an adhoc basis). Delivery charges online are based on a retail sale (i.e. not trade-facing). Airloom reserves the right to re-quote the delivery.

Orders that receive a trade discount may be paid via EFT only, not credit card.

Please note individual terms and conditions may apply on specific product categories. Trade Discounts do not apply to every category (for instance, flooring is not applicable for trade discount). Also note that discounts are not available on items which are already marked down on sale.

If you need a quote, simply place your order online and this will be emailed to you, functioning as a quote (which is valid for 7 days, and will be cancelled after these 7 days). Should a project or order be delayed, it is incumbent on the trade buyer to re-check these prices at time of order.

Prices may vary from time to time. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or change our pricing at any time without prior notice. Pricing should be confirmed prior to placing your order.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Should an item be returned in re-sellable condition, exchanges and refunds will be considered.

In order to apply for a refund, please email enquiries@airloom.co.za with your original invoice number and banking details.

Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.

Please note that any credit that is issued will have delivery charges deducted from the credited amount. Please note that this may be double the original quoted delivery charges as we have to account for both delivery and collection.

Custom made items (i.e. items which deviate from our standard sizes and finishes) will not be considered for refunds.

Orders on custom-made items are deemed confirmed and non-cancellable if payment is received from the trade buyer.

STOCK AND AVAILABILITY

Stock can only be guaranteed at the time of placing the order.

Should the item be unavailable at the time of ordering a lead time will be communicated with you. Alternatively, if we are not continuing with the product, this will be communicated to you.

We do not hold reservations on stock unfortunately.

Items are not always removed from the site if they are out of stock.
